Who We Are

Dr. Isabel Ling
Owner and Veterinarian
Meet Dr. Isabel Ling – a compassionate and highly experienced veterinarian with over a decade of dedicated service to animals of all shapes and sizes. From dogs and cats to rabbits, birds, reptiles, and even native wildlife, Dr. Isabel has cared for a wide range of species throughout her career, always bringing empathy, precision, and a personalised approach to every patient.

As a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist, Dr. Isabel combines her veterinary expertise with specialised knowledge in physical therapy to help pets recover from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions. Her goal is always the same: to enhance comfort, mobility, and overall quality of life, tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each animal.
Dr. Isabel offers her services as a mobile veterinarian, delivering expert care right to your doorstep. This in-home model allows her to create a calm, familiar setting for both pets and their people, reducing stress and making veterinary visits a more positive experience. Whether she’s conducting routine health checks, administering rehabilitation therapies, or supporting pets through more complex health challenges, Dr. Isabel is known for her thorough, thoughtful care.

Her gentle nature, wide-ranging expertise, and genuine passion for animal wellbeing make her an invaluable part of our team, and someone both pets and owners feel instantly at ease with.
Natalie
Veterinary Nurse
Meet Nurse Natalie – our bright, bubbly, and compassionate Certified Level IV Veterinary Nurse who brings warmth and dedication to everything she does. Natalie has a special gift for helping pets feel calm and safe, especially during home visits and nurse consults, where she loves seeing animals in their relaxed, familiar environment. She's also deeply involved in community work, assisting with the Port Macquarie Animal Welfare Service to support rescue animals and make a positive difference in their lives.

In addition to her work with us, Natalie is a valued team member at Timbertown Vet Hospital, where she shines in areas like radiography, dental procedures, and nursing unwell patients back to health. She understands how stressful it can be for pet owners when their beloved companions are in hospital, and she brings not only expert care but also empathy and reassurance to every case.
Natalie’s passion, positivity, and vibrant energy light up every room (and every consult!). She’s not just a nurse, she’s a cheerleader for animals and their people, always ready with a smile, a cuddle for a nervous pup, and the kind of care that truly makes a difference.
