Dr. Isabel Ling

Owner and Veterinarian

Meet Dr. Isabel – our skilled and compassionate veterinarian with over a decade of experience caring for a wide range of animals, from dogs and cats to birds, reptiles, and native wildlife.

Through her mobile service, Dr. Isabel provides general health checks, vaccinations, diagnostic treatments, quality of life assessments, and rehabilitation care – all delivered in the comfort of the home to reduce stress and support both pets and their people. Her primary focus, however, is on providing peaceful, dignified end-of-life care through in-home euthanasia – ensuring every pet can say goodbye in a calm, familiar environment surrounded by love.

Dr. Isabel is the only Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist on the Mid-North Coast, combining veterinary medicine with physical therapy to help pets recover from surgery, injury or manage chronic conditions. Her vision of making rehabilitation an everyday part of pets' lives is now being realised through the opening of her dedicated facility, REACH.

As the founder and heart of the business, Dr. Isabel’s vision and dedication are what make this service possible. Her calm presence, clinical expertise, and unwavering care for animals at every stage of life are central to everything we do.

Natalie

Veterinary Nurse

Meet Natalie, our compassionate and experienced Certified Level IV Veterinary Nurse who plays a vital role in our mobile service.

Natalie provides in-home nurse consults and patient care, using her calm, gentle approach to help animals feel safe and at ease. From administering medications and post-operative checks to supporting rehabilitation sessions, she delivers skilled and empathetic care wherever it’s needed.

She also works closely with the Port Macquarie Animal Welfare Service (PMAWS), coordinating and assisting Dr. Isabel with vaccinations and treatments for animals in foster care. These are carried out in the comfort and safety of carers’ homes, one of the key reasons our mobile service was created.

In addition to her mobile work, Natalie is the Head Veterinary Nurse at Timbertown Vet Hospital, where she leads in radiography, dental procedures and inpatient care. Detail-oriented, hardworking, and highly dedicated, Natalie ensures every patient receives the highest standard of care – whether in clinic or out on the road.

Zoe

Animal Behaviourist

Meet Zoe, our knowledgeable Animal Behaviourist and rehab team member, with a strong focus on practical solutions for pets and their people.

Zoe runs her own dog training business, Zoe’s Happy Hounds, and brings this expertise to our team in order to support behaviour management, training and improving quality of life at home. She uses positive reinforcement techniques to help dogs feel more confident, settled and understood.

Zoe runs our tailored rehabilitation exercise classes at our REACH facility, for dogs recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, needing mobility support, or simply looking for something new and enriching to do. Her Paws In Motion: Canine Conditioning sessions are structured, effective, and designed to build strength, confidence, and comfort. She’s also a familiar face to many local pet owners through her ongoing work at Oxley Highway Veterinary Clinic.

Behind the scenes, she’s our go-to for all things admin, IT and social media; managing bookings, streamlining systems, and keeping our community engaged and informed online. Her mix of behaviour knowledge, tech skills, and calm efficiency makes her an essential part of our team.

Taren

Administration

Meet Taren, our reliable, down-to-earth country girl who keeps our mobile service running smoothly from behind the scenes.

A qualified Veterinary Nurse, Taren is currently studying to become a Certified Canine Hydrotherapist – or as we like to call her, our future Hydromaster. She brings a great mix of clinical knowledge, hands-on experience, and a deep love for animals to everything she does.

Working remotely from her home base, Taren manages our phones, books appointments, coordinates our mobile schedule, and ensures every consult runs on time. She’s often the first point of contact for our clients, offering calm, friendly support and clear communication throughout the process.

With a background in animal care and rural life, Taren brings a practical, grounded approach to her work. She’s a vital part of our team – dependable, organised, and always ready to jump in and help wherever she’s needed.

Exciting news: a hydrotherapy treadmill is on its way to our REACH facility! This will be a fantastic addition for dogs recovering from surgery, needing gentle exercise, working on weight loss or just looking to move more comfortably. Stay tuned for updates as Taren brings this new service to our facility!
